Wine vinegar is a widespread product with many health benefits. The first evidence of its use dates back to 5000 BC. Back then it was most often used as an anti-inflammatory agent, for water disinfection, as well as a remedy for various health issues. To date, it's the most popular in our country. It's produced by the fermentation of red wines - the most commonly used varieties are "Cabernet", "Merlot" and "Malbec". For the purpose, the wine is poured into oak barrels, which subsequently gives the vinegar a special taste.
