''Queso de Tetilla'' is a soft cheese made from pasteurised cow's milk with a protected designation of origin ("DOP"). It's produced in Galicia and matures for at least 7 days. The cheese gets its name from its pointed shape that resembles a woman's breast (''tetilla''). The shape is typical of other Galician cheeses as well. The cheese has a soft, salty taste and buttery aroma with hints of vanilla, cream and nuts, and can be served alone (raw, baked or fried) or with seafood.
