Chorizo de León is the winner of the "Best Chorizo in the World" award. It's made in the shape of a horseshoe from carefully selected coarsely chopped pieces of pork and is the result of a long process of natural hardening. Bacon, hot red pepper and garlic are also used for its production. This chorizo is lightly smoked with oak firewood. The product is completely natural, without any artificial colours and preservatives. We recommend serving it with tapas, wine or other sausages, even with eggs and potatoes.
